CSIA takes active participation in packing food for refugees

While realization of roof repairment works, CSIA takes active participation in packing food for refugees at NERC for it`s further sharing to the refugee families. 

Volunteers of the NERC and CSIA representatives provide additional possibilities for storage, sharing and transportation of food for refugees families on every-week basis. As for now more than one hundred families have applied for food packages at Food Pantry, situated at 10151 Bustleton Avenue, Philadelphia, PA, 19116.

CSIA representatives took part in a business forum organized by the Uzbek diaspora leadership in Philadelphia

The forum was honored by the presence of Adiz Boboev, Governor of Uzbekistan’s Samarkand Region, and Furqat Sidikov, Ambassador of Uzbekistan to the United States. 

The meetings resulted in agreements to support the establishment of English language courses in Samarkand, provide assistance to the Ukrainian diaspora, and strengthen cooperation between the Ukrainian and Uzbek diaspora communities in the United States.
